The Michel Roux Collection by GreenPan^TM is the first time the Michelin star chef has created a cookware collection. The tri-ply stainless steel range has been designed very much with the emphasis on the professional and Michel, who is chef patron at Le Gavroche, the first UK restaurant to win three Michelin stars, was involved in the whole design process for the range.
