There are many reasons why you might need some help with your cookery skills –
We like to believe that everyone has the ability to cook, it’s just a case of building your confidence in the kitchen and learning a few basic rules – you don’t need to be a professional to get good results. These courses are suitable for children & adults, with local guest house accommodation available near by. All our courses also come with the backup of our Cookery Advice Service.
Our residential courses are run over 1 or 2 days and start at 9.30am until 4pm. You will receive hands on practical tuition and recipes for all the dishes you cook, refreshments and lunch. Course fees also include all ingredients and equipment. As these days are on a one-to-one basis we can tailor the dates to suit you, please contact us to discuss this.
