We had a great day yesterday at the Middleton Cheney Month of Madness, we have 3 groups of children throughout the day, 60 in total, they were all great and they had a fantastic time making and eating their creations. They made Fairy Cakes, Cookies, Vegetable Tarts, Sausage Rolls and Cheesecakes. Checkout some of the video here.

We are pleased to have been selected to host 2 days of Children’s Cookery Classes at The Month of Madness in Middleton Cheney during the school holidays.

The kids are sure to have great fun.  If you would like to enrol your children for this or any other activity you can contact the Parish Council on 01295 713500.

We are getting booked up for the School Summer Holiday Courses, very quickly. If anyone still wants to book a place for their child, it may be a good idea to do it soon, We anticipate being fully booked within the next week or so! We have various dates and times on offer on our Holiday Courses Page.

Many thanks to everyone that has taken part and organised the Cookery After School Club at Brize Norton School in Oxfordshire. I hope all participants have had a great time, I know I have, and I look forward to the new intake in September.

We  are pleased to announce the launch of our new Pre-School Classes. It is really important to us, that children learn to eat a healthy and nutritious diet at an early age. Now with the help of the Lottery Funded Awards For All, we are able to reach out to schools and Pre-schools, offering the children the chance to touch, taste and smell different foods, whilst hopefully having an impact on the way they eat now and in the future. We have also just completed a very successful After School Cookery Club along the same lines with Brize Norton School.

Just finished at one of our local schools. We did food during World War 2, the kids loved it!

I would like to say a huge thanks to all the teachers for the effort they put into decorating the classroom in a War Time theme.

I had great fun and I hope all the kids enjoyed it.

Wow what fun! Chocolate Fountain and Fondue, Chocolate Heaven. We ran a children’s birthday party at the weekend, all the girls had fantastic fun, with fresh fruit and marshmallows, everyone had a real treat. Hope you had a great birthday Katie, thanks for a great welcome and the gift was lovely thank you.

Wow what a response, we posted the dates for the May School Holiday Courses and they were all booked up within 3 days. We are sorry if you missed out and cannot now get a date, we are increasing the days we are running the courses for the Summer Holidays and also an evening once a week. After many requests, we have just launched an After School Cookery Club for Children aged 4-12.Every Friday at 4pm, we run the club, including all recipes, hats, aprons, ingredients and tuition.
