We have just posted the April & June dates for our School Holiday Cookery Courses.
These are now split into 3 different age groups throughout the day. Courses start from just £35 for 2.5 hours, including refreshments, aprons, hats, food to take away and recipes.

We have just added a couple of new Courses to our Adults Cookery Courses page. These Courses are held at Pudding Pie Cookery School either in the day or the evening. We provide refreshments, ingredients, recipes and tuition.
The new Courses are:
Vegetarian Cookery - Just because it’s Vegetarian it doesn’t need to be boring. Learn some delicious dishes.
Gluten Free - No need for pre-packaged food, make your own dishes from scratch including delicious puff pastry.

Due to popular demand we have just added a new Course just for the guys!
We have been inundated with men asking to learn how to cook with herbs and spices, make sauces and learn what dishes can be turned into other meals. We will guide them through how to get confident in the kitchen.

We have just finished another great Hen Party down in the South of Oxford. We entertained 12 ladies with, Filo Parcels with ricotta, spinach, artichoke and cranberries, Fish Pie, Chocolate Pots with a biscuit base and chocolate topping.

Today we are hosting our 20th Hen Party this year …
We love Hen Parties, they are always fantastic fun! This time we have 11 ladies in their own hired Cottage, making Filo Pastry Parcels, Schnitzels and Chocolate Pots.
It will be a great time, lets hope they are all up for some fun!

We are now half way through our After School Cookery Clubs with Brize Norton School. It is fantastic to see the children and their parents having so much fun together and learning some new skills at the same time.

We know summer has just ended, but it’s time to start at least thinking about the approaching festive season. This December we will be running Kids Festive Parties, a bit like our popular Birthday Cookery Parties but with a special twist.
For groups of 6+ we will run a special party, where they can create edible gifts, festive buffet food or even a 3 course dinner. This is a great way for a group of friends to really get in the party spirit, have fun and learn to cook at the same time.
Prices are £165 for 6 children (£20 for each extra child). These Parties book quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment.

As our October School Holiday Courses are during the Halloween season they will be themed. This will add an extra element of excitement for the children as they create some ghoulish dishes to enjoy and take home. These Courses do fill rather quickly so please book early to avoid disappointment.
On the Menu
We have realised how much the kids at our Parties enjoy getting stuck in, so we have added a little extra gift to our Party Bags. A Home-Made Bread Mix to try at home. If it gets them cooking, why not!
Today we kick off the second session of our successful After School Cookery Clubs, funded by Awards For all. Parents and their children get the chance to cook various from scratch, and these events go on for 5 weeks.
They have proved invaluable for teaching skills to all ages and also advising on healthy eating and nutrition.
Don’t forget the Oxfordshire Waste Partnership food events start on Wednesday!
44 Girls, 12 different dishes, 1 day of fun!
Thanks to all the girls and teachers at Tudor Hall School for girls. We spent the whole day yesterday with them in their food tech rooms, making a buffet for them all to sit down and enjoy. We made Chicken Goujons, Dips, Chocolate Pots, Bread Swirls, Sausage Twists, Pates, Home-Made Bread and much more. After which they all sat down in the dinning hall and had a group buffet.
Thanks it was a great day.
We have just updated our Courses Page, with a selection of our forthcoming Winter Courses. These are held on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays here at Pudding Pie Cookery School and we have either daytime or evening courses available ranging from £50. These courses include Aprons, Recipes, Ingredients and Tuition.
We can also run bespoke courses, one to one courses and courses in your home on request. These Courses also make lovely gifts, you can buy our Gift Vouchers here.
Due to recent demand we have launched our new Family Cook & Dine Courses. Whereas many families will eat together, very few actually take time to cook together. These events are a lot of fun and a great way for busy families to spend some valuable bonding time as a family.
We bring everything, ingredients, utensils, recipes, we guide you through the cookery process and then you have the chance to sit down and enjoy your creations.

Another great day at the Month of Madness, we made Chocolate Pots, Garlic Bread, Dips, Pizzas, Meringues with Yoghurt and Fruit Smoothies, the day went well, 60 children all fed, taught and happy !! check out the photos on our Gallery Page.
What a day, 9 girls for a Hen Cookery Party, we made Scones, Bread and much more. Everyone had a lovely time, the weather was great so Pimms in the garden to top the day off! thanks to everyone it was great.
