Our round the country food demo’s for the Co-Op are moving on from Wales and we come closer to home on Saturday 22nd January.

We now have some fun new attachments for our KitchenAid Mixer, a mincer and a sausage nozzle. We can now make delicious home-made sausages.
KitchenAid are fantastic machines would recommend to anyone!
We have just added dates for all our In-House Cookery Classes up to June 2011 on line.
We have had a fantastic response for Vouchers over the Christmas period and have opened up lots of new dates to cope with the rush.

Well another Christmas done and the New Year to look forward to. We have massive plans for the coming year and it will hopefully see us expand even further.

We have just finished our first Corporate Event in our new kitchen. We had 9 people come from London to attend an Indian themed cookery class, they made loads of dishes, judged all the efforts and had a great time.

Christmas is approaching fast but there’s still time to buy your Gift Vouchers and get them in time.
They make a fantastic gift and come ready packaged in a presentation box.
Today the entrance flooring and toilet flooring goes in, the new pans etc are due this week, the chairs arrive on Thursday and the final bits of painting and new toilets need fitting, but it’s just about there and smack on time.

This picture may not look like much, but to us it’s a huge step forwards, all the walls are new and now plastered and painted and the doors are ready to go up, this marks the last big push until we open on Saturday 13th November.

Now we are over half way through the build for our new Cookery Kitchen, we can safely name an opening day ….. this will be the Saturday 13th November.
Any bookings for Birthday Parties or Classes after this date in our premises will take place in the new location.

We have all the kitchen flooring in, the worktops are all in as are the cupboards, the plumbing is in and the sinks are in place, the ovens are on site and the gas has been connected. The last of the lights and sockets are due to be fitted on Saturday and plasterers are coming in on Friday to quote for the work. The new height adjustable tables are being delivered on Friday (these wind up and down so we can cook with children or adults)
The alarm system is in and working, the windows have been sorted, the signage is ordered!
We still have to fit a new toilet and loads of finishing touches, along with tiling and painting etc so lots yet to do, but the nice thing is the list of things to do is now shorter than the things competed.
Units and sinks are going in and the gas and ovens are in place, at the moment all is on schedule!
