As our school holiday cookery classes fill so quickly, we have decided to list the April dates nice and early.
We recommend you book quickly though, as they tend to fill very quickly and due to other commitments we are only able to run these classes for one of the holiday weeks.

We are delighted to have been accepted by ‘Into The Blue‘ one of the UK’s leading experience providers, to offer Pudding Pie cookery school services.
Soon we will be on their site as a cookery school experience at our new premises for entire country to come and enjoy.

We’ve done it! After a great deal of hard work and not forgetting the expense … we have finally finished the new premises and last night we held our very first class.
All went well (with a small hiccup with the smoke alarms) we are really pleased with the results and hope to see you there for a class very soon.

We’ve even gone Green with our new saucepans for the Cookery School. Greenpan offer a range of pans that do not use traditional non-stick coatings that degrade and can produce fumes that are lethal and can even kill small pets and cause headaches and nausea in adults, so overheating you pan will not just damage your food! Some countries are even trying to ban the traditional non stick coating as they fear it is too dangerous.
They also use minerals for their coating rather than potentially dangerous plastics. Along with better heat conductors it will also use less fuel to heat and therefore reduce co2 and energy costs.
Who would have thought that a simple pan could make such a difference.
The kitchen area is finished, all fire extinguishers and fittings are in place, the new table tops and shelves are in, the only thing now is to pop in the utensils and pans etc.
We have the reception area plastered and the outside painted, the new signage is ready and needs putting up and a new set of toilets need fitting.
We are currently on schedule and it’s looking fantastic.
Over the weekend we had lots of activity with Plumbers and Electricians all over the place! As a result the main kitchen area has changed massively and now looks great.
The new adjustable tables are being put together, these will allow us to cook with small children or adults, just by winding a handle and changing the height of the table, very clever.

All of our school holiday classes for October are now fully booked. We have just added the dates for the December holidays and these are already starting to fill up.
Our new premises will be operational by December so anyone booking will be given the address, if you have used us before we are also offering a 15% discount off any classes booked during December to celebrate the new opening!
These place tend to fill very quickly so please book early to avoid disappointment.
