Eco Day at the Co-Op

Had great fun at the Eco Day with Oxford City Council Recycle Team at the Co-Op store in Cowley.
Cooking up some treats that can easily be made from everyday food leftovers.
We are running more events with the Co-Op in January and will post details nearer the time.
The Forever Plan

The Forever Plan Diet Trails have started. The volunteers have now been on the diet for the past 2 days.
Some are finding it easy and some are having the odd headache and withdrawal symptoms from certain foods, but that’s to be expected.
The main thing is they are all giving it a go and things are going well. We start with some recipe demo’s next week, so all good fun!

As a result of overwhelming requests for our popular Edible Gifts Class, we have squeezed in another date before Christmas.
Come along and learn how to make some deliciously beautiful Christmas gifts on the Tuesday 29th November from 10am – 12.30pm at £70 per person.
This includes all the food, packaging, recipes, refreshments and tuition.

Banbury Canal Day

What a wonderful day! Beginning of October and it was so hot …. we had a great day, very busy and served up over 500 food samples throughout the day.
