Diet Club Update

Pudding Pie Diet Club

The trials on our new Diet are going well. We have people with weight losses of up to 1 Stone (14lbs) within a 4 week period.

All this is achieved by eating healthily, no processed foods, you are still able to eat fruit, vegetables, meat, cream, milk, cheese etc, it just has to be done in the right stages and mixed with the correct foods. Once you get into the swing of not eating junk food and processed ingredients it’s easy.

We hope to launch this to a wider trial audience soon.

Diet Club Update

Pudding Pie Diet Club

Just thought we would keep you up to date with the progress on our New Diet Club.

You may remember we started trialing our new diet a little over a week ago. Well the results are fantastic, with the average weight loss in the first week of 4-5 pounds. The diet simply cuts out all processed foods, sugars and anything that’s not natural, combined with some tasty recipes a few rules of what you can eat and when, and you have a diet that feels like you can eat plenty but helps you lose weight in the process. We hope to roll this out as a pilot exercise soon, so if you fancy giving it a try for us, just get in touch.

Nutrition & Diets!

Diets

For years now we have been researching various diets and the nutritional value they give you. We have taught many people to cook and eat healthily whilst on a diet, but at the same time keeping food interesting. What we have found is, the vast majority of diets have you eating foods that are pretty bad for you, either laden with sweeteners or other preservatives or additives. What we are trying to do is, teach people to cook a healthy balanced diet and at the same time keep it fun and interesting. We are currently gaining a qualification in Nutrition and hope to be able to launch our pilot diet programme shortly …. watch this space.

Christmas Dinner in January

Christmas Dinner

We have just finished serving our last Christmas Dinner !!! No we are not going mad, we had a group of 40 people that booked for their Christmas meal, unfortunately they could not get everyone together until 28th Jan 2010. So we agreed to run the dinner for them anyway.

They had a delicious 3 meat roast (Turkey, Pork & Duck) Roast Potatoes, Carrot & Swede Mash, Yorkshire Puddings, Stuffing, Sprouts, Chipolatas and a nice gravy, all following with Christmas Pudding and Chocolate Pots.

It was a great evening and I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.
